On the afternoon of September 19, 2024, Southern University of Science and Technology held a donation unveiling ceremony for the Immunology Research Laboratory jointly established by the Department of Basic Immunology and Microbiology of Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) and Jiangxi Institute of Biological Products Co., Ltd. (Jiangxi Biotech).   The ceremony was attended by representatives of the donor, including Ms. Jing Yue, Chairwoman of Jiangxi Biotech, Mr. Xiao Changqing, Director, and Mr. Jing Ruihua, Director. Also present were Professor Zhang Mingjie, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Dean of the School of Life Sciences (SUSTech), Professor Liang Jiansheng, Party Secretary of the School of Life Sciences and Professor of the Department of Biology, as well as Mr. Geng Jun, Director of the Liaison and Development Department, Secretary-General of the Foundation, and Secretary-General of the Alumni Association.
